The Charter of Respect

Below you will find one of our ‘keystone documents’ – The Charter of Respect. This is a prominent, living, and evolving document. The purpose of the Charter is to support all staff, students, and families to better understand, commit to, and therefore embody our founding vision and our supporting values. The Charter clearly articulates our vision, demonstrates how this vision is brought to life via our culture, and explains how the school’s vision and culture translate into all of our key conceptual frameworks (for pedagogy, and for student support and culture-building), structures, processes, mindsets, practices and behaviours.
