The City Edge Network of Schools.
We are a member of The City Edge Network of Schools. This network is made up of geographically aligned and vibrant secondary schools that are committed to working together. We see this network as an opportunity to foster a unique ethos within the individual identity of each of our schools. We see this City Edge ethos, as one of academic excellence, fostering a passion for a thinking culture and the arts with a shared respect for high expectations and student connectedness as integral to our work. We see the City Edge Schools as essential to and drawing upon the life of our capital city and its opportunities.
We also see our network as a Community of Practice, created purposely with the goal of supporting each other in the creation of high quality learning centered experiences for our teachers and students. It is through the process of sharing professional development, knowledge and experiences within the Network that the members learn from each other, and have an opportunity to develop themselves personally and professionally and seek school improvement.
